Grade Change Policy

Once final grades have been recorded, they may be changed only in the case of clerical and/or calculation error or in the event of a successful grade appeal. For instance, it is not appropriate to change a grade based on options, such as supplemental assignments. The deadline for corrections of clerical and/or calculation errors is the last day of class of the following semester (fall or spring) after the grade has been awarded.
