Description: Emphasizes skills needed to provide leadership in supervision of faculty and staff. In consultation with his or her advisor, each student identifies areas that need enhancement in career and technical education settings. Skills are developed in an individualized, self-paced manner in an actual career and technical school situation supplemented by seminars.
