ANTH 513 - Archaeology of Coasts Credits: 3 Description: Assesses the interaction between coastal environments and humans through examination of the archaeological record. Examines coastal modifications by humans based on the archaeological record. Differentiates the processes that lead to the destruction or preservation of archaeological resources related to changing sea level. Develops the ability to examine the archeological record to understand the interactions between coastal environments, humans, and changing sea levels over the past 15,000 years.
