Description: Basic principles and concepts of inorganic chemistry are developed using atomic and molecular structure with illustrative examples from descriptive chemistry. The laboratory portion illustrates physical and chemical properties in a qualitative and quantitative manner. For selected majors within the College of Health and Human Services and to fulfill the Liberal Studies Natural Science Laboratory Sequence requirement.
