ENVE 460 - Water Resources Engineering Class Hours: 3 Lab/Discussion: 3 Credits: 4
Prerequisite: ENVE 300 Description: Explores hydrologic engineering, including fundamentals of hydrology, rainfall-runoff modeling, hydraulic processes (including both pressurized pipe flow and open channel flow), and hydrologic frequency analysis. These fundamentals are then applied in the computation of design flows and in the analysis and design of hydraulic systems such as pipe networks and storm water management systems.
