FREN 102 - Beginning French Language and Culture II

Prerequisite: FREN 101 , or qualifying score on the WebCAPE placement test (286-362), or instructor permission
Corequisite: none
Restriction: none
Description: A continuation of FREN 101.  Further develops the basic ability to communicate effectively in French in everyday situations by asking questions and giving information about oneself and others in present and past time frames. Expands the ability to identify main ideas from written and spoken French, and to communicate in writing. Explores cultural elements of the francophone world.
