Prerequisite: Health and physical education, physical education and sport/exercise science, athletic training majors and a grade of “C” or better in KINS 221  or C or higher in BIOL 150 
Description: Physiological effects of exercise in humans. Major factors of diet, conditioning, physical fitness, maximum performance level, and fatigue.
