Description: Explores leadership through reflection and analysis of learning experiences within leadership minor. Emphasizes development of students’ philosophies of leadership through self-reflection, peer-to-peer dialogue, and develop ent of a life-long learning individual development plan with specific attention n: interpersonal dynamics; communication; analyzes leadership styles; thics; task vs. relationship behaviors; overcoming obstacles; diversity trengths; conflict management; leadership for change; individual strengths and weaknesses; establishing a constructive climate and reflective development of personal leadership and team member skills.
