SPLP 661 - Treatment Clinic Credits: Var. 2-6 Prerequisite: MS Degree Candidacy in Speech-Language Pathology Provides experiences in the treatment of communication and swallowing disorders. Scaffolded experiences include opportunities for interpreting, integrating, synthesizing and applying core knowledge. Treatment planning, clinical teaching, data collection, documentation, communication counseling, and interprofessional practice skills are developed. Professional dispositions are identified and evaluated. The direct clinical contact hours are supervised by a certified speech-language pathologist. Course can be repeated for credit.
