Prerequisite:BIOL 104 or BIOL 203; CHEM 101 or CHEM 111 or CHEM 113; CHEM 102 or CHEM 112 or CHEM 114 A study of uptake, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of environmental chemicals; mechanisms of their toxicity; and their effects on major organ systems. Knowledge of these topics is applied to risk assessment procedures.
