Prerequisite: CHEM 325 , CHEM 341 A more detailed examination of the principles of analytical chemistry. Student learns theoretical and practical aspects of sampling, data acquisition, and spectroscopic, electrochemical, chromatographic, thermal, mass spectrometric, and affinity methods of analysis.
