Prerequisite: FDNT 213 with a grade of “C” or better Focuses on nutrition education methods to support health-promoting dietary behaviors for different populations in a variety of settings. Provides experience in the development of theory-based educational programming via assessing needs, developing objectives, creating/selecting accompanying materials and activities, implementing appropriate instructional strategies, assessment, and evaluation.
