COUN 930 - Doctoral Practicum in Counseling

Credits: 3
Prerequisite: Restricted to students admitted to the Counselor Education Doctoral Program.
Participates in a 100 hour (40 direct hours) doctoral level, supervised counseling practicum in an agency or school setting. Emphasis will be placed on applying counseling theories and techniques in a clinical setting customized to the student’s learning goals. Focus on theoretical integration, diagnostic evaluation, and accountability under intensive supervision.
