Description: Assists in the development of college-level reading skills with an emphasis on textbook reading. Includes literal and critical comprehension skills, vocabulary development, and reading efficiency. Carries institutional, nondegree credit. It counts toward financial aid and full-time status, but not toward graduation or GPA.
Note: Note: Students who score 250 and below on the ACCUPLACER post-test (administered at the end of this course) are required to enroll in UGSS 110 the following semester.
