FIN 320 - Corporate Finance Class Hours: 3 Lab/Discussion: 0 Credits: 3
Prerequisite: Grade of “C” or better in FIN 310 Description: The study of corporate financial management and decision making, its theory, and application. Provides a higher level of study and many of the same topics covered in FIN 310 , particularly in the area of capital budgeting. Other topics include capital asset pricing models, costs of capital, capital structure, leasing bond refunding, and financial distress.
