Prerequisite:KHSS 343 and KHSS 375 with a grade of “C” or better Description: Focuses on comparing and contrasting the scientific principles associated with traditional strength training and functional strength training techniques. Examines a variety of new techniques found in the fitness and sport performance industry and provides practical experience in both traditional and functional strength training techniques.
