This program provides a comprehensive foundation in management principles and practices, allowing one to tailor your education with a specialization. The Business Administration specialization builds a versatile business skill set applicable to a wide range of industries and career paths. The Entrepreneurship and Small Business specialization offers practical skills in business planning, startup funding, small business operations, and leading and growing your own enterprise. The International Business specialization will prepare one for a career in the global marketplace with an emphasis in international trade, and cross-cultural management. The Supply Chain Management specialization will prepare one for a high-demand career in the fields of logistics, sourcing, production/operations, and distribution. Students must select at least one of the four specializations.

After successfully completing the degree in Management with concentration in Small Business and Entrepreneurship, the student will be able to do an elevator pitch; that is, learn the techniques to do a brief presentation of one’s business idea to intrigue potential investors.

After successfully completing the Management degree with specialization in International Business, the student will become capable of examining the current business thinking and challenges on a global scale and develop competencies for future.
